New Orleans at a Glance: Digital pics only

The floats, colors, architecture, food, musicians, cemeteries, nature, ferns and flowers... there's no end to the amount of subjects that would make a great picture. This quiet street was about to be transformed that afternoon with thousands of visitors and beads littering the streets.  I am not one for excessive waste and pollution, but they do a great job cleaning up the city each night, as though these celebrations never happened.
