Ear Candy

Thanks to the guys from SIMGE (Speak into my Good Eye), you can fully enjoy 37 tracks for your good ear! All 37 tracks were written by local (ocean and monmouth county) musicians; most of which play in Asbury Park.

The song writing challenge this year was to record a song in one day, on the particular day of the competition.  It came at a great time for us because Bone and Marrow was in the process of recording a low-fi mix of acoustic songs at home. We decided to submit one and we ended up on the compilation; and would you believe our song is the first one?!

We are so happy to have made the cut, and if our song is downloaded the most (for $1) we get free studio time at our friend, Pat Noon's studio, Eightsixteen in Bayville. Check out all the hardwork that went into these recordings. I have a soft spot for #8 and # 36

While I was perusing the site, I saw that SIMGE did a review of that Glassjaw/Coheed and Cambria show I blogged about a few days ago. The photos are epic, just like Sanchez's hair.
