Things I did Today

It's the first of October and here's some things I did today:

1. I taught myself about Ancient Greece and the infatuation Ancient Rome had with the Greeks. I admittedly (and admiringly) watched a few videos on gem carving.

2. I volunteered at a senior center and we made some coil pots. It was a challenge but I learned a lot from the experience, and really admired the social workers for all they do to make the seniors as comfortable as possible.

3. Daimon and I made more merchandise!

4. The Mona Lisa got a makeover for the Fall Season

5. I helped Daimon set up for his art show at the Toms River Library.  All the work is hanging, and the reception is on Monday, Oct. 12 at 7pm. There may be some real furry creatures attending the event.

 6. I encouraged and complimented two strangers. I hope we meet again.

7. I finished a very VERY special gift that I slaved on all summer long.

My first completely handmade scarf with hand cleaned, hand spun yarn. Phew! I'm so glad I finally did it!

It's 9:45 pm. The day's not over yet!
