Loading the car with gear and cookies

Sometimes I imagine what it'd be like to be pulled over with some of the weird things that end up in my car. Yesterday, a cop would have noticed an unusually large amount of cookie tins, a tall stack of library books on Medieval weaponry and armor, and a large bass bag that could hardly fit in my tiny two-door.

Sunday was the day for the annual cookie bake-off. Yesterday, I gave a few edible gifts at our last show of the year. Our last Happy Monday show in Asbury Park had a surprisingly large turn out for a Monday night gig, and it was so great to see so many familiar faces.  It was worth it to be exceedingly tired today.

Happy Birthday to our dear friend and frontman of Homeless Apians, Matt Brown.

Thanks to Cooldadmusic.com for posting so many photos from the night.
