Pumpkin time!

I've been painting pumpkins since my high school days for the Leta Pumpkin Express. Despite being so busy this time of year, I always make the time to do it because it brings something out of me that lays dormant for a long time- my love to paint for myself.  Don't get me wrong, I paint as a teacher and paint as an artist assistant for Bernard Maisner studio, so it's not like I put the brush down for a long time. I just don't paint using my own ideas, my own paints and on my own time. This year I can add the babadook, The Shining and Nosferatu to my list of painted pumpkins.
