Things I Made Today

I spent my Saturday preparing for the Tent City Benefit Show tomorrow. It's been so much fun working with the artists and bands for this great cause. My partner, Tara, and I have been carefully preparing all aspects of the show from sound to food. Since I'm one of the 13 exhibiting artists, I will have embroidery, a watercolor painting, and scrap fabric cuffs for sale for the benefit. I've been busy sewing these all morning.

I just finished this piece titled "Penny Dreadful". Thread, Micron pen, & Watercolor on cotton paper.

And I helped make these buttons with Richie Brown (did you see he was featured artist of the month??) for the benefit show tomorrow. If you're there be sure to ask for one!
