Bear Mountain

Last Sunday, Daimon and I visited my cousin who recently obtained a sweet new Nikon camera. To test it out, we took a random trip to Bear Mountain; the first exit once you enter New York from the Garden State Parkway.  The sunset was absolutely stunning, but I think the melting ice captivated me more.

Daimon kept eating the ice as a snack. I think it needed a little sugar.

We made a friend along the way. He keeps a close eye on Bear Mountain.

It was an eventful day.  Despite the parking ticket and losing my cousin for an hour in the dark because he walks too fast, it was a great first-time visit. Next time I'm bringing the film camera!
