Snow Day Making and Baking

Over here in NJ, we've been taking a beating with all the snow and ice this season.  This kind of powdered sugar look isn't too bad though, and it especially makes for a productive day indoors.

I don't know what came over me, but I decided to make cannolis with the pizzelle maker.

Where you see thread, you might find some cats.  I just got a new vintage siamese miniature with whiskers over the weekend.

It's not my thing to lounge around and do nothing like this guy!
