Jumping off of the Plateau

These past few days have all shared in a common theme of "growth". While in the studio, Bone and Marrow had a few experimental moments, and I played a fretless bass guitar for the first time. Somehow everything I've taught myself became more clear, and finding or identifying notes started to make more sense. Between that, and the flat wound strings, I was playing with so much ease.

You can check the progress and experimentation in the studio at our Facebook page-

I must've made at least 15 pysanky eggs in 5 days, one of which I gave away, and the others went for bleach baths.  Bleaching my designs have completely changed my process and strategy. It's become even more additive to sit and make more.

This was my first "bleach experiment" egg. It's not the prettiest design, but it's getting there.

The final step before removing the wax; bleaching.
