Busy planning, making, promoting, sewing...

It's been pretty rainy and windy over here by the "Jersey Shore", and it's the kind of weather that forces me to stay indoors and work on the sewing machine, computer, and create some of my own work.  I had a few straight days of creating, but now I'm onto planning lessons, writing powerpoints, and promoting events. This Friday, we're heading up to the Chapel of Sacred Mirrors to create some beautiful work!

My students have been pretty busy too. Check out these new wax-resist watercolor pieces. Each student reimagined Monet's Japanese bridge: some painted a broken bridge, a welcoming bridge, or a bridge in stormy weather.

My administrator joined the class and painted along.
