The weather has been so perfect the past 2 weeks, so I think it's safe to say we're out of the rainy season. It rained so much I started to forget what the sun looked like. Before I knew it, it was 80 degrees, sunny, and the wind felt luke warm. I rode my bike over to a friend's home which was recently raised. Doesn't it look like a vacation spot?
Yesterday was "haircut day" on the Schuster farm. The alpacas hated the process but the sheep felt so good after their coats were off!
The other day, I went on a little hike around Jakes Branch Park with a friend. We caught two worm snakes, toads and fence lizards.
I stumbled upon my first geo-cache and I wasn't even looking for it. Now I've become pretty interested in it. I'd like to find the little things people leave behind and leave a little something of my own.
I got myself a mango shake from a small business and took out this book.
Tonight, Daimon's play with some very talented musicians. This is a show entirely dedicated to the calls and songs of birds.
