I never wanted summer to come this badly!

I love everything that summer has to offer. In a way, I wish summer would start shortly after autumn, so the seasonal cycle can leave out cold weather all together!  Who wouldn't enjoy a whole year of huge cumulous clouds, a setting sun at 8:30 at night, fireworks, and ice-cream sandwiches?

This was a photo taken at Rockin Joe's last summer before Hurricane Sandy washed it away months later. A band continues to play under the tent as a pink lightning cloud approaches.

With summer approaching, it's time to enjoy the outdoors a lot more and break out the hula hoop. Above are photos of a hula hoop with LED lights. I posted about this hobby of mine last summer; you can check it out here.
